I step into operational responsibility as an Interim and Fractional CFO/COO for owner-led B2B service businesses at a point where growth, complexity, or a transition demand stability or a different structure than the existing team can carry alone.
Intervention
Where coaching meets consulting.
I work with founders, owners, and leadership teams who are looking for real movement and a shift they can act on immediately. My engagements sit deliberately between coaching, facilitation, consulting, and advisory, whichever combination creates momentum fastest. The line between them stops mattering.
Impulse
Ideas that move a room.
I bring systemic thinking into rooms, either as a talk, a facilitated session, or a hybrid of both. The format serves to create memorable moments: sometimes twenty minutes are enough to shift how a room thinks about a topic; sometimes a group needs two hours of structure, an exercise, and space to work through it together.
Dharmic is a space for flow.
